Red Runners are flightless and can't climb smooth surfaces. They are a great feeder for larger sized mantis species. High in protein and come in multiple sizes.  They grow quickly and reproduce in high numbers. 

They are easy to keep and will eat oats, fishfood, and a varriety of fruits and veggies.
