Live on Arrival Guarantee Policy

New live arrival policy


Live on Arrival Guaranteed is only covered for order with any FedEx overnight,  UPS Next day air early, UPS  Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver only. For very cold or hot areas we recommend having your order shipped to a UPS store or FedEx hub for pickup. USPS or UPS ground shipping is available for all supplies and dried product.  Insulation, heat packs, or cold packs are included with purchase.

International shipping:

International shipping is not offered at this time 

Shipping Delay Coverage:

Once a package has left our facility we have no control of its progress. We take every precaution to get your order to you on time. Weather and unexpected delays with couriers can however happen while a package is in route.

  • 1 day delay from expected delivery date -Full LOA coverage

  • 2 day delay from expected delivery date- 50% LOA coverage

  • 3+ day delay from expected delivery date- no longer covered

Shipping, pickups and Refunds

Shipping will be on the Monday-Wednesday following your order to ensure they arrive on time.

 

Insulation, Heat Packs or Cold Packs are included with purchase,  but please be mindful of weather when ordering. We reserve the right to hold a package if there is inclement weather in your area.

An email will be sent to you with an update and estimate shipping time.

Shipping is non-refundable. We do not accept returns for any insect or feeders. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

In-Store Pickup:


Products ordered online for in-store pickup will be processed 12 - 24 hours from the day of purchase. An email notification will be sent out to set up a day and time for pickup. Pickups are not available Sundays.

Damage in Transit or DOA

 

Dead on Arrival or mismolted Mantis:

Should the Insect arrive dead or mis-molted, please send photos to Info@fatalmantis.com within 2 hours of delivery and a refund will be issued for the insect.

 

 

Damaged Custom Terrariums


Should your custom Terrarium arrive damaged we will either offer a refund or offer to rebuild it. Just send photos of the damage and the box to Info@fatalmantis.com

 


Exchanges:


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This does not apply to insects or feeders. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@fatalmantis.com.
